So kay customer, base sa budget, frequency ng gamit, at kung saan niya gagamitin or application, maiaakma natin kung anong tools yung i-offer natin sa kanya.”

He added:

“So una, alamin muna yung application kung saan gagamitin. Mag-DIY lang ba siya, pang-araw-araw ba na gamit sa trabaho, pang-industrial, or pang-negosyo? Dun natin makikita kung ano yung item o power tool na i-aalok sa customer.”

And finally:

“Meron tayong mga premium brands, if yung budget ni customer ay medyo okay, yun yung i-aalok namin. Ngayon, kung ang budget naman ni customer is medyo sakto lang, meron naman tayong mga value brands na pwedeng i-alok. Tapos depende rin kung gaano kadalas gagamitin. So nakadepende rin dun kung ano yung dapat natin ibigay na product at brand options.”
