Product Warranty
Every INGCO tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory.Subject to the following Terms and Condition, the tool is warranted against any material and production defects.
Warranty Period
After the date of original purchase, 6-moths warranty is applied to each repairable INGCO tool.Should any problem develop during this warranty period, you may return the complete tool to INGCO authorized service centers for repair.If inspection shows the trouble is caused by material or production defects, INGCO will repair it free of charge.
Warranty Exclusion
Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized personRepairs are required because of normal wear and tearThe tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintainedAlterations have been made to the tool
Warranty Requirements
Sales receipt or warranty card should be presented during service for warranty validation.Warranty is valid based on the original sales receipt or warranty card with clear and unaltered "Purchase Date”, "Model Number” and "Serial Number"
