Return and exchange policy

1. Our return and exchange policy is valid only within 7 days.
2. Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed.
3. For defective items, we will investigate first and upon approval of factory defective item, we will replace.
4. Please note that the item must be in its original pre-sale condition and must be sent back to us
5. Please provide original copy of Sales Invoice.
6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Item must be in its original packaging with tags and complete accessories
8. Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the item/s being returned. Price difference must be paid.
9. Return and replacement of customized items such as cut products, mixed paints and indent orders (special orders) will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Invalid reasons for return and exchange (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines RA 7394):

1. Change of mind.
2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer.
3. Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store.

WARRANTY

1. Guarantee is given to customer’s purchased unit by the manufacturer usually for any repair or replacement of parts for a stated time period and conditions. Please ask our representative for manufacturer warranty details.
2. Kindly ensure to keep the Official Sales Invoice for warranty purposes.
